I've had my Renault Megane (convertible) since 2008 with no problems since mid August 2015 when it conked out on me whilst out shopping.
As an RAC member I was disappointed when (after 5 hours looking for the problem) they couldn't get it started and had to tow me away to my local garage who had always worked on my car; unfortunately they couldn't help as they didn't have equipment to deal with what they assessed as an immobiliser fault and worse still that it could only be fixed by Renault.
After spending a day online and speaking to so called Renault mechanics (about 20) I came across the Auto Tech Line but was disappointed when I had to leave a message for someone to call me back.
I was delighted to receive a call back from a guy called Mo but was doubtful to learn how far he was from me.
Distance was no problem as he took my address and told me he would be with me in a couple of hours; sounding confident he assured me that he would ascertain and fix the fault.
True to his word and to my delight Mo turned up and spent time outside my house diagnosing and fixing the fault; to his credit and my pleasure he refused to stop until he had done so. I was so happy especially as i was aware that he had travelled across London to get to me and ultimately what he had charged to get car up and running.
As bad luck would have it, the very next day as I was getting ready to go out I realised that window wipers wouldn't work. On having taken car back to my local garage they informed me that it was an electrical fault they were unable to fix. Reluctantly having called Mo
(Auto Tech Line) without question he agreed to come all the way back to me and fix the problem; a fault that was ascertained to be caused by bad elecrical work that had been previously done on the car.
I am also aware that Mo checked for other potential faults and as such was happy to give my Megane a clean bill of health.
No doubt my experience with Auto Tech Line has restored my faith in that there are some good professionally experienced car technicians out there. My Megane is driving like a dream over the last couple of weeks and I am confident that should if I encounter any problems Mo is at hand.

I recently purchased a renault espace.. the car was excellent.. few days later I couldnt start the car, happend to me few times. Till I called autotechline, Mohammed came to me. As I was at Tesco and couldnt start my car, he came in one hour after I called him, and men it took him only 40 minutes to check the entire car and realized that the problem is the starter. He stared the car for me, and the next day came and replaced the starter in front of my house for a very good price.
This guy was amazing. Having renault cars since 10 years, I have never seen a very professional and effective mecchanics as him.
I sincerely recommend, and myself would always seek his help and advices.

Khalid has just saved me over �1200 pound on repairs to my convertible 2006 Meagane Quoted by Renault Enfield also I another mechanic could not find or repair the fault. Ka lid is not only a gentleman but very professional And talks u through the whole process . I can only say good things and would highly recommend giving him a cal before u go through the main dealer. I live in essex . I am a genuine customer who has just used Khalid for the first time . What can I say about Khalid and Renault Auto Tech Line? Only good things I'm glad to say. I'm super particular who I take my Clio 172 Exclusive to and having had the car off the road for a while when I got it back on I looked into Renault specialists. Requiring a major service and reading online on the forums regarding a few specific issues I contacted Khalid. After speaking with him and explaining what was wrong he quickly diagnosed the problem's over the phone and what was needed to be done to put it right which backed up all I had read online. I was immediately confident I had found the right man to look after me and the car. Khalid's knowledge of Renault's is second to none, combined with the best prices and a friendly and trust worthy nature I would recommend Khalid to anyone, and I'm further glad to say he is now my mechanic. He also diagnosed and resolved a problem over the phone for me regarding my parents Renault so my confidence in him only grew stronger. I even went out and bought another Renault with confidence because I had Khalid as support for servicing and repairs should they arise. All I can say is trust in Khalid and Renault Auto Tech Line and you won't be disappointed at all.

I've had a problem with the dephaser pulley on my Renault Megane for a few months now. After contacting many garages and hearing many versions of what could be wrong with my car, I came across Auto Tech Line. I spoke to Khalid who was sure he knew what the problem was and he had the solution for me. Khalid spent several minutes explaining the problem to me in bitesize chunks to ensure I fully understood what went wrong and how this was to be resolved. He was very accomodating unlike other engineers I have spoken to and answered all my doubts. Khalid came to work on my car today and never have I been more satisfied with a service. This man can do anything! As he was carrying out the work on my car he was explained everything he was doing. I am very happy with the service and I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing similar issues. Keep up the great work Khalid!

This MAN is a GENIUS, I have had my car parked on my drive outside for over a year and had 4 different so called electrical specialists who have been unable to diagnose the problem. I thought I would give it one last try and was recommended Khalid. At first I was wasn't sure as all the other 4 have taken my money. Khalid was very confident he could fix the problem. met the man today! very nice man indeed! im a mechanic thought I had poxy immobiliser problem as windows werent working right faults showing on dash intermittent starting.called khalide very,very reasonable fee as I live in harlow essex.�60 to come plug in his renault clip, he sorted dash faults explained immobiliser werent the fault then diagnosed injector faults and which possible injectors it was �60 bloody bargain just a shame customers gonna scrap it now !!!!

Great bloke he saved us thousands of pounds. He fixed my wife's car we had problems with the alarm electrics and the two back windows wouldn't close. I really reccodmend him to come and do your electrics he is a lovely person to chat to and he does what he says he will

The car had start issues, the car come to the point that was dead....got in contact with Khalid. Explain all the issues and everything I done to it, Khalid very kindly come to my house miles away...and talk through what the issue could be related and what would be checking. After 20 min a diagnostic the car was on the road again. He is very fair with the price, cheaper and more reliable that 90% of garages out there.
I really recommend him to anyone that needs a mechanic.

Had engine overheating issue with Renault Clio, so contacted Khalid early morning and he turned up that evening . He knew straightaway it was a thermostat issue - he explained everything in detail. He ordered the new thermostat-housing unit from France - and fitted it and sorted out headlight issue , hazard light issue and number plate. Top mechanic , what a star , all at a reasonable price.

Just wanted to say we were very happy with the work carried out on or Renault by Khalid.
Khalid bad the car back on the road in a day, wonderful service and he also replaced the water pump, water hoses and cam belt.

Called Khalid and came after work. He run the diagnostic and talked me through it what he was doing. Changed the injector and coded it no problem. Never will go to a dealer again, everything a dealer has and honest!

An absolute star!! After having 3 mechanics reviews of my megane who could not only not find the problem but were also trying to convince me it was the key (a potential �150 from Renault) we managed to find you on good old google, you came out, looked at it, AND repaired it within about an hour and a halves time! And also went that extra mile to explain everything you was doing whilst fixing it, keeping us in the loop (none of the others had done this at all)! And all for just a fraction of what I would have been charged in a garage! Cannot thank you enough! Absolutely fantastic service!!! Definitely will be recommending you to everyone I know!
